An Estate Village
Old Brookville is an incorporated village of about 2,100 residents in the Town of Oyster Bay, one of the cluster of Brookville villages that preserve the Gold Coast’s open landscape with two-acre zoning. Horse farms, nurseries, and long gravel drives still define the village a century after the estate era.

Chicken Valley Road and Cedar Swamp Road wind past paddocks, orchards, and stone walls, and Youngs Farm’s stand on Hegemans Lane has been a North Shore institution for generations. The village even fields its own police department, shared with its neighboring villages.
