Seaford sits between Wantagh to the west and Massapequa to the east, with the bay marshes and Jones Beach beyond them to the south.

The Seaford Union Free School District runs from its elementary schools through Seaford High School, and the hamlet’s calendar runs on its schools, its youth leagues, and its fire department events. Seaford keeps a small-town feel even with Sunrise Highway running through it.

The Tackapausha Museum and Preserve protects an 84-acre strip of woods and streams through the middle of the hamlet, with a nature museum at its southern end. Cedar Creek Park sits on the bay at the Wantagh line, and Jones Beach State Park is minutes away down the Wantagh State Parkway.
Getting Around
The LIRR’s Babylon Branch stops at Seaford station, and Sunrise Highway and Merrick Road tie the hamlet east and west. Our own shop on Jackson Ave sits right in the middle of it all.
